Authentik-Shapes General Terms of Use (TOU)

Article 1: Acceptance and Purpose

These TOU govern the access and use of the Authentik-Shapes website, dedicated to the news and empowerment of Black women worldwide. Use of the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2: Editorial Content and Intellectual Property

Authentik-Shapes offers articles, reports, and analyses aimed at highlighting the successes and unique features of the Black woman. All editorial content is protected by copyright.

Article 3: Future General Terms of Sale (Comics)

The future sale of Comics and derivative products featuring Black heroines will be subject to separate and specific General Terms of Sale (TOS), which will be updated on this page prior to the commercial launch.

Article 4: Moderation and Community

The site is intended to be a positive space for exchange. User comments and contributions must not under any circumstances be defamatory, racist, sexist, or infringe upon the dignity of the Black woman or others. Authentik-Shapes reserves the right to moderate and delete any content deemed inappropriate.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability

Authentik-Shapes is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from accessing the site or using the information it contains.
