These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) apply to all subscriptions and digital product purchases made on authentik-shapes.com. The seller is uQooh-studio. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Authentik Shapes offers digital subscriptions providing access to premium editorial content. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) inclusive of applicable VAT. uQooh-studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with existing subscribers notified 30 days in advance.
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc., a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. uQooh-studio does not store your payment card information. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date through your account settings.
In accordance with European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, provided you have not yet accessed subscriber-exclusive content. To withdraw, contact: abonnements@authentik-shapes.com
These CGV are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to the courts. Applicable jurisdiction: Paris Commercial Court.
